Microsoft In Patent Lawsuit For LED Technology Use In Mobile Devices
The LED technology used by Microsoft in their smartphones apparently has crossed into the patents of the licensing entity, Lemaire Illumination Technologies LLC. The LED company claims that three of their patents are being violated by Microsoft’s mobile screens, the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL. A lawsuit was filed against the software company earlier this month.
